BASIC COURSE FOR AUFGUSSMEISTER
The course includes at least 40 hours of classroom and practical training in the sauna with the modules set out annually in the Association's guidelines.
This is followed by a mentoring course involving the performance of 15 Aufguss rituals in pairs or in the presence of an Aufgussmeister whose qualification must be accredited by official bodies.
At the end of the tutorials, a theoretical and practical examination (execution of an Aufguss) will take place in the presence of an examining committee of the Association.
In case of passing the qualification examination, the Association will issue an Aufgussmeister Diploma with written vote and it will be possible to join the association as an Aufgussmeister.
INTRODUCTORY COURSE ON AUFGUSS
It is a short one-day introduction to the Aufguss seminar that allows you to get to know and experience the practice of Aufguss.
The course does not cover the complete training of an Aufgussmeister: there is no final exam and no diploma but a certificate of participation.
ADVANCED AND SECOND LEVEL COURSES
These are advanced specialisation seminars for Aufgussmeisters and sauna operators.
Seminar on advanced techniques: course dedicated to the advanced and scenographic movements of the Aufguss (1 day)
Soul and Vapor Seminar - the secrets of Hammam and Scrub - course dedicated to natural treatments in a steam bath and associated rituals (2 days)
Seminar "Best Of Us" Course on the complete realisation of an Aufguss show and advanced movements, in cooperation with the best Aufgussmeister and the best international Aufguss schools (2 days)
